On return to Oslo to the Nobel Peace prize concert, Jon Kertzer (ethnomusicologist, ex-Microsoft director of multimedia production) Tiago Olivero Pinto (ethnomusicologist and director of the Brasilian culture centre in Berlin), Kalyan Mukerji (Indian businessman and promoter of several famous Indian artists), Torben Eld Ibsen and Dagfinn Bach agreed to establish )))AP as a limited company with Dagfinn as CEO.
 

 
Second visit to China and the 1st Artspages seminar (Beijing)

As a final stage of the feasibility study a 2 day workshop is arranged by )))AP for the Chinese Music and AV industries as well as key artists from the Chinese rock scene. Seminar is hosted in Beijing by NOKIA China and the main conclusion by Music Copyright Society of CHINA is that the Chinese creative communities need to work with )))AP to explore new digital services.

As part of the feasibility study Torben Eld Ibsen (sinologist and cultural co-ordinator of Danish/Chinese music tours and events) organises a round trip in CHINA presenting the )))AP concept to various government bodies and key performing artists.
 

 
Feasibility study for China signed with NOKIA Ventures

Contract signed for feasibility study conducted by Dagfinn Bach for NOKIA Ventures Organisation regarding implementing wireless media services in The Peoples Rep of CHINA. The )))AP team gets the first opportunity to present the concept for an industrial partner with extensive knowledge about future wireless global market.
