return to Oslo to the Nobel Peace
prize concert, Jon Kertzer (ethnomusicologist,
ex-Microsoft director of multimedia
production) Tiago Olivero Pinto (ethnomusicologist
and director of the Brasilian
culture centre in Berlin), Kalyan
Mukerji (Indian businessman and
promoter of several famous Indian
artists), Torben Eld Ibsen and
Dagfinn Bach agreed to establish
)))AP as a limited company with
Dagfinn as CEO.

Second visit to China
and the 1st Artspages seminar
(Beijing)

a final stage of the feasibility
study a 2 day workshop is arranged
by )))AP for the Chinese Music and
AV industries as well as key artists
from the Chinese rock scene. Seminar
is hosted in Beijing by NOKIA China
and the main conclusion by Music
Copyright Society of CHINA is that
the Chinese creative communities
need to work with )))AP to explore
new digital services.

concept to various government bodies
